Tylers first day of school Feb 2012

Finally it came for tyler. We kept tyler back from school that optional extra year and while at the end of last year it was abit hard for him as he was ready to be at school.Now after we see how ready he is to start school , im glad i had that extra year with him at home. It was also nice that he could start school with friends he had been with at preschool for 2 years.
Tyler woke up early and got ready so quick. Hans was able to start late and take him to school this was special for tyler. Grammy came for his first day too.
The smile on Tylers face says it all how excited he was to start school.
I am really happy with the teacher he has and so glad he is with his bestie from preschool rheagan.
When i picked him up in the afternoon he still had that same big smile on his face and had soo much to tell me about his day.
It was a little emotional for me to send another child off to big school, but the one who cried the most was Eliza ...she is going to miss having her brother home with her.

beachhouse getaway with family

it was a nice break to be away and alot of fun. We practially lived in the pool when the weather was nice enough or the beach. stayed up late playing catch phrase and just had a nice time together. Of course i took alot more pics then this but well again at least we have our phones.

christmas 2011

just a few pics of christmas 2011 Levis first christmas, he loved the lights on the tree, the nativity and those decorator trees would constantly fall on hin when he would get too close. I had more pics of the tree and christmas day with grammy andpapa and the gomez'z but unfortuneatley bad luck again with our hard drive and we ost a our pics. thank goodness for cameras on our phones. It was fun and busy times with 4 kids this christmas. we always love to go to the temple and look at the lights. Photos with santa are always great to see who will cry this year . LEVI did not like santa this year at all, the only was we could get this photo was to trick levi by me moving at the last minute before he saw he was close to santa ...the rest he just screamed..so funny. The christmas tree paper cones were a suprise gift from my good friend heather, inside each one was a lolly and quote or scripture about christams it was my countdown advent calendar loved it. I dont have a picture of the nativity set my good friend kylie made for me ..bit it will be something i put up every year so next year i will makse sure i get one it is beautiful she is very talented that kylie.

Dinner at the Hunts oct 2011

I meant to blog this back in OCTOBER 2011.  We had a great time at the hunts it was the first time it really looked and felt like a cold fall day.  The kids rode their bikes and scooters to the park and played, even hans thought he was a kid too riding ethans bike . Then we had a delicous as usual dinner when sarah cooks and the kids had a lego building competition.  There was some great creations made. great memories too

Tylers last Preschool concert

Tyler Loved his concert and was all smiles. He did sign language for one of the songs it was really good.  Santa came and gave him a pop up star wars book he was sooo happy and Eliza even warmed up to santa for a photo...but this time not Levi he was all tears.  Im glad we kept tyler inpreschool one more year, he is soooooooooo ready for school now and has some good friends like reagan , abby and torra (yes all girls) he is excited to start school with .

Eliza and Annies preschool concert Dec 2011

Eliza and Annie were pretty shy at their end of year concert . They sung a few of the songs and looked very cute with their reindeer ears. I thought they would be excited about santa. Well Annie went up to get her present, but Eliza hung onto me and wouldnt go ,very unexpected i thought she loved santa.

Dec 2011 Kylies Baptism Day

Since we came back from minnesota. We have been with kylie and Richard while the missionary discussions. It has been a great experience for me and hans to share this with them. Kylie is so excited about the gospel and scriptures and is a great example for us, very very prepared to accept the gospel. Having the discussions has also brought us closer we were friends and neighbours before but now we are Good friends and neighbours that visit each other everyday probably a few times lol. We feel very blessed to have made such good friends. Kylies baptism was beautiful and the spirit was sooo strong. She asked me to do a talk and hans to baptize her. I would of rather done the baptism haha i know i cant . I fretted and panicked about the talk for a while but it turned out ok on the night. Beautiful night especially when Kylie bore her testimony ..not a dry eye in the building.
